Our workshops are strategically located in Singapore, China, Europe, Korea, and India. We have all the facilities like Schenck Rotec balancing machine, fly ash blasting machine, equipment’s for inspection, special tools and measuring instruments. Specialised repairs like laser cladding of damaged/worn shafts, turbine blade profile welding and hard chroming repairs can be performed.
We also keep stock of new spare parts, reconditioned turbocharger or cartridge in our workshop. Detailed report with photographs, measurement and clearances will be submitted for the works/supply done from our workshop. All jobs and supply will have standard warranty.
Our team can attend your turbochargers in Singapore, China, Europe, Korea, and India within short notice. Experienced and well trained team will board the vessel and perform the overhauling of turbochargers as per the maker recommendations.
Detailed report with pictures and clearances will be submitted for future reference. Recommendation for better performance and advise for next maintenance will also be conveyed to you.
